Why Engagement Matters
C.A.S.T. Giving believes assistance should do more than meet a need today. Our purpose is to help individuals, families, and organizations discover resources, education, financial tools, and opportunities that can help strengthen their future.
You do not have to be a trader to benefit from the C.A.S.T. financial ecosystem. Applicants may have access to financial education, planning tools, community resources, mentorship, employment resources, educational opportunities, and other programs designed to encourage financial growth and greater stability.
When requesting financial assistance from C.A.S.T. Giving, applicants are expected to demonstrate reasonable engagement with available resources. We believe that when C.A.S.T. Giving is willing to invest financially in an applicant, the applicant should also be willing to invest time and effort toward improving their situation.
Financial assistance is not guaranteed. Continued lack of reasonable engagement may affect eligibility for C.A.S.T. Giving financial assistance.
Qualifying Engagement (Free Activities)
- Using available C.A.S.T.ulator financial tools
- Completing financial assessments
- Reviewing educational resources
- Attending eligible free sessions
- Participating in community programs
- Completing recommended financial planning activities
- Meeting with an approved mentor
- Following through with employment resources
- Following through with educational resources
- Participating in approved community activities
- Completing other approved C.A.S.T. engagement activities
Engagement Must NOT Require
- Purchase a product
- Purchase a membership
- Fund a trading account
- Become an active trader
- Make a financial investment
